* We prefer PayPal (Visa, M.C., AmeX). We also accept Purchase Orders, Wire Transfer, Interac Email Money Transfer (Canada), Western Union, International Money Orders and Certified Cheques. If you choose any of the above alternate payment options, please confirm with us your total including shipping, applicable taxes, before issuing the payment.

SHIPPING TERMS:

* We use UPS Standard to ship to United States, and Canada Post or CanPar for domestic (Canada) shipments.
* We charge flat shipping rate. No hidden fees! Your total price including freight and applicable taxes will be displayed before checkout.
* Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified. Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT:

* All items are supplied with a one year warranty. If the item you received is defective in any way, contact us within the warranty period and we will send you a replacement of the same item type. The warranty covers against defective workmanship only, misuse or willful damage will render the warranty void.
* We do not accept returns without first obtaining an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) through email.
* Refund will not be entertained if you have purchased the wrong item, replacement is the only option.
* Replacement will be made upon receipt the returned item.
* In all cases, buyers pay for shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, and we pay for the resending fee.
