GENERAL WEBSITE FEEDBACK

Ken Warddrip, PE ( WAVE Engineers, Inc.)
We were able to use the program [AFA v4.1] to do the Arc Flash calculations & labels for our project which ended up with about 65 Labels. [...] The program worked great. Also, we appreciate that you have been available by phone to answer all our questions.

We were surprised that it worked so well - even a lot better than the conventional software we used in the past. We just couldn't shy away from sending you our own success story and to tell you 'well done and keep rolling out such great products'. It was (and still is) money well spent as far as we're concerned.

I just wanted to write and say that I have finished with the arc fault in the plant for now. I never would have gotten it done without your help. You taught me a lot and I really appreciate it.

Great resource! Arcadvisor is the only site I have found to address the area of DC arc-flash. I have used the calculations to help determine the incident energy of a DC photovoltaic field.

Phill Hellewell I think this is a useful tool for electrical engineers and anyone responsible for setting up a factory's electrical distribution diagram. Calculating prospective fault levels is a requirement under IEE Regs and I am sure this tool will make the job much easier.
I have no association with this company.

This new method is great. You dont need expensive software to calculate short circuit currents. You can do that in a very simple way. I like it.

I've checked your results with the per-unit method and i can confirm your results. I've understand the per-unit method THANKS TO YOU. Your calculator really works and it's great. I will recommend your calculator to all my friends and my profesors from my university of electrical science. We use the ohmic method for calculation of short circuit currents. I can confirm your results using that method too.
